Project Documentation & Project Management

Construction management platforms provide project stakeholders with easy access to the latest information. This enhances collaboration by providing a central location for all drawings, RFIs, submittals, and documents specific to safety, cost control, quality control, and schedule validation.

We create 3D models for site logistics, planning, and communication. Generating highly detailed virtual mock-ups tests scope detail and validates installation sequences. A detailed digital copy of the project is produced to coordinate systems and resolve issues before field fabrication and installation.

Project models create, manage, visualize, and track project schedules. This allows us to generate sequence animations, review construction plans, identify opportunities for improvement, simulate construction activities, and optimize project schedules. For example, Autodesk Revit™ technology using Building Information Modeling (BIM) represents the next major step forward in three–dimensional computer-aided design (CAD). We routinely use BIM to complete structural constructability analyses and to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to detect and minimize utility collisions, reduce rework, and improve communication to the team through better project visualization.

These tools create exact 3D maps of existing conditions, installed work, and as-built conditions. Link point clouds to the project’s coordination model to validate design, check floor flatness, verify locations of installed work and equipment, and identify variances. Efficiently correct any issues in the support of overall project quality. This tool assists with preconstruction, logistics, coordination, installation tracking, and as-built deliverables.

A/R and V/R communicate design with greater clarity. Through the use of immersive and photorealistic digital environments, teams can run QA/QC, find coordination issues, and validate designs.

Jobsite environmental monitoring detects unsafe environmental working conditions 

Full-site, 24/7 monitoring for temperature, humidity, carbon monoxide, VOCs, particulates, noise, light, and pressure monitors project conditions and potential risks in real time. Drill into data by floor or area, customize reporting, create custom alerts for mobile devices, and save historical records of project conditions.

Field technology provides anytime, anywhere project information access

Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA), a high level supervisory control and data acquisition system, is used for monitoring all of the systems of a power facility. It is essentially the central operating system of the plant, utilized to run the plant at optimal efficiency in real time through constant control, tracking, adjusting and recording of all system activities. The system acts as a tool to acquire massive amounts of data and generate real-time reports, allowing our staff to proactively assess system needs and with remote controls make real-time adjustments as needed.
