The annex provides support services to the hangar, including an entrance lobby, mechanical, data and information technology, electrical and fire protection, restrooms, shops, and administrative offices. Additional scope included a new 225,000 sf FAA-approved concrete apron providing space for exterior maintenance services and connection to PTI runways.
