Project Highlights

All work was completed in strict compliance with the requirements of the Department of State and the local government.
The majority of the permanent materials and equipment were procured in the U.S. and other countries and shipped to the site, which necessitated the implementation of an effective procurement and logistics management plan.
Construction was performed within an occupied, secure, and fully operational USG Post. Our team handled access control procedures, vetting of personnel for badging, convoy procedures, coordination of escorts, procedures for site permitting office space and laydown yards, coordination with the USG Post, coordination with other contractors on site, and control of access roads.
