The primary building is the multi-story Communications Center. The project also includes a central utility plant; a single-story wing housing the required HVAC and electrical equipment in support of the Communications Center. The parking structure offers parking for civilian and authorized military personnel working in the building, as well as additional customer and visitor parking.

PKJV will construct a 4,600 square-foot secure facility containing offices, an operation center, and data center located in an unfinished portion of the proposed Communication Center. This includes temporary security fencing and temporary secure facilities (access control facility, secure storage warehouse, decertification facility, surveillance equipment, video/audio communication equipment, etc.). Construction security monitoring services for ongoing work of the main building, as well as for the construction of the Special Area, will be implemented.
